PowerSchool Not Showing Updates
Some parents are not seeing updated grades or information in PowerSchool. Your child's information is being updated — it just may not appear until you sign out and sign back in.
✅ The fix: Sign out of PowerSchool, then sign back in. Everything will be up to date right away.
How to Sign Out
📱 iPhone
- 1 Open the PowerSchool app.
- 2 Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
- 3 Tap Account.
- 4 Tap Sign Out in the upper-right corner.
- 5 Sign back in — your information will now be current.
🤖 Android
- 1 Open the PowerSchool app.
- 2 Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
- 3 Tap Account.
- 4 Tap Sign Out in the middle of the screen.
- 5 Sign back in — your information will now be current.
