PowerSchool Not Showing Updates

Some parents are not seeing updated grades or information in PowerSchool. Your child's information is being updated — it just may not appear until you sign out and sign back in.

The fix: Sign out of PowerSchool, then sign back in. Everything will be up to date right away.

How to Sign Out

📱 iPhone

  • 1 Open the PowerSchool app.
  • 2 Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
  • 3 Tap Account.
  • 4 Tap Sign Out in the upper-right corner.
  • 5 Sign back in — your information will now be current.

🤖 Android

  • 1 Open the PowerSchool app.
  • 2 Tap More in the bottom-right corner.
  • 3 Tap Account.
  • 4 Tap Sign Out in the middle of the screen.
  • 5 Sign back in — your information will now be current.
