	Collection Money Counter	Count Sunday collection following 8:30 Mass once every 2-3 months.

	Dillon’s Certificate Volunteer	Sell certificates after one Mass per month. Must be over 18 or accompanied by a parent. St. Anne receives 4% of all certificates purchased.

	FINANCE/TITHING COMMITTEE	Oversee the financial aspect of parish life. Help set general budget priorities, approve spending on large projects and set the financial policies of the parish.

	EMPLOYER GIFT MATCHING PROGRAM	Many employers throughout our community offer gift matching programs. Call Larry to inquire, it is easy to get started. Gift matching is a vital resource for our school. The companies that we know are currently participating are: Boeing, Raytheon, Knight-Ridder, Bank of America, Office Depot, Prudential and UPS. Retirees are sometimes eligible for gift matching programs. It is so easy to participate, just call and we will take it from there!

	VITA TAX ASSISTANCE PROGRAM	Our parish assist low income families with free income tax assistance. Volunteers must attend an 8 hour training in January and be available a couple of hours each week during tax season.

	OPERATION HOLIDAY	Volunteers help gather, sort and assist with Holiday distribution of food, coats, hats, gloves, and toys for Christmas. Usually begins in November and ends mid-December. Hours to volunteer are flexible.

	OFFICE VOLUNTEER	Clerical help is sometimes needed in the parish office. This may include mailings, collating pages, stuffing and labeling envelopes, copying, filing and/or answering the telephones in the parish office periodically.

Back to the top	TELEPHONE RELIEF FOR SECRETARY	We need regular volunteers to help cover lunch breaks every day, we need volunteers to fill in every now and then and we also need volunteers to help cover vacations. We try to break it up and utilize all those who volunteer at some time.
